Then, starting with your local lenders, contact real estate companies, lenders and the national companies located in Florida. Find out their needs and let them know you are available.

The company that I contract with is taking about two weeks to proccess my jobs. Then they don't pay for about another two weeks after they proccess. Is that normal for property preservation?
That is extremely good for this industry. Evidently they are trying to take care of their contractors.
