I only had four inspections to do today. Three of them were super rush orders of some type and paid twenty dollars each. The nice thing about it was that two were of the same house, and one was the house next door. The fourth was about twenty miles away. Sixty-seven bucks and fifty cents for a couple of hours.
The updated Field Services Business Manual will be available for download on October 10th. Since I offer free downloads for a year after initial purchase, everyone who has purchased a manual since October 10th of 2006 will get an e-mail giving download instructions for the new version.
I will be spending most of the week finishing up the manual and getting a few other things in order. Over the weekend I had some interesting offers concerning training for field reps. I will keep you up to date as I can.
Again, I will pass along my belief that we should be spending much more time looking for opportunities outside of mortgage field services. I continue to see falling quantities, falling fees and falling respect for field reps.
