Things are still pretty quite. Thank goodness. I decided to spend a little time doing some QC behind one the reps in the field so I routed fourteen addresses and took off about 9:00 am.
Everything checked out but I had to question the occupancy of one house. True, the electricity is on – only the electricity – but I’d bet money on it being vacant. The place is literally falling to pieces. This one is going to require additional visits.
I’ve often heard that a picture is worth a thousand words so I am offering this picture for the first thousand words.
I ran across this fiasco while out doing the QC. I just have to add a little comment though:
“I thought everyone knew that if you are going to run from the police, you must, at all cost, avoid running over fire hydrants”.
I got home about noon and again picked up on the computer projects and a few phone calls. We’re enjoying the break!
What is orbital telegraphy? I wish I knew. I looked it up on the internet and found “orbital” and “telegraphy” but no where did I find the two words used together. I woke from a dream last night and it was in my head. Hopefully there will be a rerun or a sequel. I’d like to know more.
Orbital telegraphy sounds like rolling of the eyes to me. Telegraphing a person\’s feelings within their eye sockets. Maybe you were having REM.
Several years ago I did \’Mack of All Trades\’. I once cleaned a foreclosed house for a RE agent which had been vacant for a couple of years. The mortgage co. thought it was still occupied because the yard was kept up by a neighborhood busy body do-gooder.
I believe that my experiences in computers, real estate, construction, collection agency, and export goods inspector make me a prime prospect for the your business.
So, call me soon and lets go on that check out ride. I can take a day off anytime with a little notice.
